This can sometimes happen for some users, bank transaction delays or server issues. The first thing you should try is restoring your purchase.

How to restore your purchase:

Go into the app, then head to Pro paywall where you buy pro. Scroll down till you find the Restore button. Tapping that should restore your purchase, but if it doesn’t please contact [email protected]
